Welcome to Keys Hospitality Amenities LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

​This website is intended for use by hospitality businesses located in the Florida Keys only. By placing an order, you confirm that your resort or business operates within the Florida Keys. Any orders placed by businesses outside of the Florida Keys will be canceled and issued a full refund.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify products and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification of eligibility. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet our service area requirements or appears fraudulent.

All products are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Items that are out of stock will not be available for purchase. Customers may sign up for email notifications and will be notified when the product becomes available again.

Orders placed during our regular business hours are typically processed and shipped the next day. We make every effort to ensure that all orders are shipped within two business days of receipt.

Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the next business day and are expected to be received the following Monday.  Once your order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with expected delivery time and date. 

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us directly. If your order has not yet been delivered, you will receive a full refund amount for your purchase. 

Eligibility Notice

• Only resorts and hospitality businesses located in the Florida Keys are eligible to purchase. Orders placed by businesses outside of the Florida Keys will be canceled and issued a full refund.
